Guest Relations Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an inspiring Guest Relations Manager to lead and mentor a high-performing team focused on delivering an exceptional 5-star hotel-level guest experience within a modern, premium corporate setting. The ideal candidate will foster a culture centered on service excellence, precision, and heartfelt hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Guest Relations Ambassadors, setting and maintaining exemplary standards for premium hospitality services.
• Design and implement seamless, luxury guest journeys for returning clients, VIPs, and executive visitors.
• Manage logistics, catering coordination, and room setups for executive meetings and large corporate events, ensuring flawless execution.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams by serving as a proactive and visible brand ambassador.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive background in luxury hospitality sectors such as 5-star hotels or high-end corporate hospitality environments.
• Proven leadership capabilities, including experience in coaching, mentoring, and managing customer-facing teams.
• Exceptional communication skills enabling confident engagement with senior executives and VIP guests.
• Strong problem-solving skills, outstanding organizational abilities, and capability to remain composed in dynamic, fast-paced corporate situations.

Additional Qualifications and Perks

• A degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Business Management is advantageous.
• Familiarity with customer journey mapping or hospitality training program development is preferred.
• Certifications in First Aid or Fire Warden duties are regarded as a plus.
