Role Overview

The Guest Experience Expert role is focused on shaping a stay that feels personal, memorable, and seamless rather than simply handling check-in and check-out. This position plays an active part in guiding guests throughout their visit and ensuring every interaction feels like part of the overall experience.

In this role, you will take initiative across a variety of guest-facing and operational tasks, respond to requests, complete necessary reports, and help guests discover local highlights. The job requires a hands-on presence, attention to detail, and a professional approach in all interactions.

Key Duties

The position involves supporting operational needs, assisting guests, and carrying out routine service activities that contribute to a high-quality experience. You will be expected to move around the work area as needed and address issues promptly and thoughtfully.
