Role Summary
We seek a Graphic Designer to craft innovative and compelling visual communications targeted at a wide range of audiences. This fully remote role involves collaborating with passionate professionals and utilizing top-tier tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to create impactful digital, web, social media, and print materials within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and develop visual content for digital, web, social media, and print campaigns, including health communications and clinical trial materials, by introducing creative and novel ideas.
- Utilize core design principles including layout, color theory, typography, and composition to produce clear and engaging graphics.
- Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and project deadlines while maintaining high quality and consistency.
- Adapt and revise designs based on guidance from senior team members and project requirements.
- Edit and improve existing graphic assets reflecting feedback to align with project objectives.
- Contribute to web and digital design projects and presentations utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint.
- Maintain organized internal file systems and asset libraries for easy access and management.
- Collaborate efficiently with creative, strategy, and delivery teams in a dynamic, multi-project environment, modifying creative approaches as necessary.
- Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and internal reviews to embrace continuous learning and experimentation with new design methods and trends.
- Accept constructive feedback openly to continuously enhance design quality and workflows.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Between 2 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with Figma, PowerPoint, basic web design tools, and foundational knowledge of UX/UI design is advantageous.
- Excellence in attention to detail, meeting deadlines, communication, and responsiveness.
- Excellent organizational abilities to efficiently manage files and design assets.
- A cooperative attitude with openness to feedback and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Eagerness to engage in ongoing training and team development, acquiring new skills and processes.
- Experience with healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design projects is a requirement for application.
Compensation and Benefits
- The expected hourly pay ranges from $28.85 to $33.65, with eligibility for overtime compensation.
- Salary considerations are based on relevant experience, qualifications, and certifications, subject to change by Spectrum.
