Graphic Design Executive

Role Overview

Koin Limited is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join its product team on a full-time contract basis. The role focuses on producing polished product visuals, website imagery, and other brand assets for a range of products across multiple brands. It is a fast-moving position that calls for originality, accuracy, and strong attention to detail, along with close coordination with the Senior Product Designer, Head of Product Development, and the wider product team to complete work on schedule.

Design and Creative Production

• Handle a mix of design-related and administrative tasks as needed.
• Create product images for company websites.
• Develop visuals for product materials and literature.
• Design product decks and brand presentation materials.
• Work collaboratively with the Senior Product Designer, Head of Product Development, and broader product team.

Execution and Delivery

• Complete assigned work within required deadlines.
• Maintain output quality and ensure all assets align with brand standards.

Language Requirement

• Strong written and spoken English is required.

• Creative thinking with strong design instincts and a careful eye for detail.
• Highly organised approach with the ability to juggle several briefs at once.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar or related role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with Photoshop and Illustrator required.
• Comfort using time-tracking software such as Time Doctor.
• A strong portfolio showing creative, high-impact social and advertising content across multiple formats.
• Ability to handle several tasks at once while maintaining precision in real-time settings.
• Confidence working in high-pressure, fast-paced live environments.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Capability to follow structured workflows while adjusting quickly when needed.
• Stable internet connection and a suitable home-working setup.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working with teams and accepting feedback constructively.
• Able to move between different brand styles and asset types quickly.
• Motivated to continuously improve content quality and processes.
