Role overview
Coforge is hiring a Graduate Engineer Trainee in Germany for a full-time remote position based in the Frankfurt area. This opportunity is designed for graduates who speak German fluently and want to build a career in low-code application development using the Appian BPM platform. Responsibilities
- Take part in a structured learning program focused on Appian BPM and related tools.
- Help build, configure, and launch applications on the Appian platform.
- Work with different teams to gather business needs and turn them into workable solutions.
- Assist with testing, issue resolution, and documentation for the applications developed.
- Show initiative, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn new technologies.
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- Graduates from 2023 or 2024 are preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Basic exposure to programming concepts; knowledge of Java, SQL, or scripting is an advantage.
- Very good German skills at C1 level or native level, along with solid English communication.
- Willingness to move to Germany and work from there.
