Program Overview

Chandra Asri ASPIRE is a graduate development initiative for recent graduates who want to build a long-term career in the chemical, energy, and infrastructure industries. The program offers practical exposure through rotations across Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, and Business functions, allowing participants to contribute to real business projects and see measurable impact.

With support from experienced leaders and a structured learning path, participants can develop both technical and leadership capabilities while exploring the career direction that best fits their strengths.

Qualifications

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in any field, with preference given to those from Business, Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar backgrounds. The role is open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to 2 years of work experience. A minimum GPA of 3.30 is required. Candidates should also have a demonstrated record of leadership through campus organizations, academic activities, or extracurricular involvement, and must be fluent in both written and spoken English.

Location

This role may be based at the Site Office in Cilegon or the Head Office in Jakarta.
