Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Create AI-driven product experiences together with product teams, identifying high-impact AI applications that enhance user experiences for millions. You will take these ideas from concept to production, writing reliable, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Incorporate advanced AI tools into your development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and documenting, accelerating progress while ensuring accuracy and durability.
• Develop expertise across diverse technology stacks, exercising full ownership. Choose appropriate tools for each task, working with a range of technologies such as monolithic and microservice architectures, gRPC and REST APIs, Kubernetes and Docker, along with programming languages like Python and Rust, focusing on purposeful application rather than trends.
• Own software projects end-to-end, from initial idea to production deployment, supporting systems used by millions and evolving them into scalable products.
• Continuously work to simplify systems by critically examining each complexity layer, refining architectures, pipelines, and codebases to make them simpler, more scalable, and easier to maintain.
