Role Overview
We are seeking a technically skilled and solution-oriented CRM Systems Lead to manage and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. This role supports improved engagement with both prospective and current students through effective data management and automation. Your responsibilities will include configuring, maintaining, and integrating the CRM system to streamline processes from initial inquiry through to enrollment.
You will develop automated Sales–Admissions workflows, design Power BI dashboards to provide insightful analytics, and create API integrations between the CRM and other platforms. This is a unique opportunity to influence how one of New Zealand's most creative institutions connects with future students.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise configuring and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365, paired with excellent collaboration skills to work seamlessly with marketing, admissions, and operations teams.
