Role Summary
The Country Manager will lead and oversee all operations in Saudi Arabia with comprehensive responsibility for profitability and growth. This executive role demands scaling the business footprint, ensuring exceptional service delivery to Saudi Aramco, and upholding strict regulatory compliance in line with Saudi Vision 2030. Please note that this vacancy is exclusively open to Saudi nationals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the strategic plan tailored to the Saudi market to boost profitability, market share, and asset use.
- Manage full P&L oversight, CAPEX budgeting, and forecasting for the KSA operations.
- Lead and expand cross-functional teams across Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and HR departments.
- Promote a culture of safety with the goal of achieving zero recordable incidents (TRIR).
- Act as the chief liaison with Saudi Aramco executives and procurement leaders, securing long-term agreements.
- Resolve escalated operational or contractual challenges with Aramco and position the company as a preferred technology partner in major projects such as Marjan, Berri, and Jafurah.
- Drive local content (IKTVA) initiatives, including manufacturing expansion, supply chain localization, and technology transfer, ensuring compliance with Saudization and Ministry regulations.
- Oversee manufacturing and field operations, manage risks by scrutinizing contract terms, and ensure environmental and safety compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance is required; an MBA is highly advantageous.
- A minimum of 15 years' experience in the Oil & Gas services industry, including at least 5 years in senior executive roles with P&L responsibility within KSA.
- Demonstrated success interacting with Saudi Aramco’s corporate and procurement structures and experience with joint ventures.
- Established professional network with Aramco officials, Ministry authorities, and top Tier-1 EPC contractors.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written, is highly preferred.
- Strong finance skills encompassing corporate finance, project accounting, cost control, and taxation compliance (ZATCA).
- Proven leadership abilities managing large multicultural teams exceeding 100 employees.
- Preparedness for frequent travel across Eastern Province, Riyadh, and international headquarters.
