Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival by verifying their details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and offering assistance such as bell service or welcome materials.
- Assist guests efficiently during check-out by accurately verifying charges, processing payments, issuing receipts, and operating the point-of-sale system.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, room categories, rates, special offers, and local attractions to support guest inquiries effectively.
- Encourage the use of hotel amenities through up-selling strategies to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns while managing messages and communication professionally.
