Front of House Team Member - Banksia Grove

Position Overview

We are seeking lively and enthusiastic individuals to join our Front of House team at Banksia Grove. This role involves greeting and assisting customers, making hot and cold beverages, delivering food and drinks, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness within the café.

Candidate Profile

• Strong enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer service
• Careful attention to detail in all tasks
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team setting
• Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is advantageous but not mandatory
• Availability to work varied shifts from Monday to Sunday between 5am and 9pm
