Freelance Presentation Designer

Overview

Mindrift is seeking a skilled Presentation Designer to contribute remotely on a part-time basis to the Tendem project. This role involves collaborating with AI systems and human agents to craft visually engaging, high-impact presentations that translate complex information into clear and compelling narratives.

About Mindrift and the Role

Mindrift connects experts worldwide with advanced AI projects to unlock the potential of Generative AI. Within this project, the Presentation Designer will focus on storytelling, visual hierarchy, and data visualization, using tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.

Key Responsibilities

• Create tailored pitch decks and professional one-pagers designed for specific audiences.
• Convert complex datasets and narratives into minimalist, clear visual stories emphasizing hierarchy and readability.
• Enhance presentations with custom typography, elegant animations, and consistent branding.
• Maintain a premium corporate and creative aesthetic across all materials.
• Ensure high formatting standards by thoroughly validating alignment, pacing, and brand compliance prior to delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization.
• Educational background in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields preferred.
• Advanced competency with presentation software such as PowerPoint and Keynote for creating dynamic, animated decks.
• Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma for custom graphic creation.
• Experience designing clear and minimalist information graphics from complex and hierarchical data.
• Strong skills in typography and animation to deliver visually polished and sophisticated outputs.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to deliver high-end corporate and creative style designs with exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with capability to independently resolve design challenges.
• Portfolio showcasing premium presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization work is mandatory for application consideration.

Project Commitment and Compensation

Expected work volume varies between 10 and 20 hours weekly during active project phases; this is an estimate and not guaranteed. Compensation can reach up to 50 USD per hour based on experience and contribution pace, with potential variation depending on the project scope and complexity.
