Freelance Junior Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Freelance Graphic Designer to become a vital part of an expanding team serving a prominent beauty brand.

Position Details

• Compensation is set at $25 per hour.
• The role is an ongoing contract position.
• Work schedule consists of four days onsite and one day remote each week in a full-time freelance capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Art Directors and the Associate Art Director within an international team to fulfill diverse creative demands, including digital, social media, and print materials.
• Provide support on various graphic design and creative tasks as needed, ensuring consistently high-quality execution.

Required Qualifications

• Preferred recent bachelor's degree graduate in graphic design.
• Demonstrated strong graphic design capabilities, particularly with an eye for refined typography.
• Genuine interest in beauty, fashion, and pop culture sectors.
• Comprehensive mastery of Adobe Creative Suite tools—Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator—and enthusiasm for emerging technologies; video editing skills considered a plus.
• Proven ability to function efficiently in a deadline-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working independently as well as within team settings under the guidance of Art Directors.
• Excellent organization and communication skills paired with a cooperative approach.
