Franchise Development Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Franchise Development Manager to identify and cultivate franchise prospects within a designated territory. This role involves engaging with educational entrepreneurs, coaching centers, tuition classes, schools, and business proprietors to expand our franchise network.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover and pursue new franchise possibilities across assigned regions.
• Engage with stakeholders including educational entrepreneurs and institutions to promote franchise opportunities.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into active franchise partners.
• Deliver compelling business presentations covering the franchise framework and potential revenue streams.
• Forge and nurture partnerships with schools, educational institutes, and consultants.
• Organize field visits for market development and growth of franchise operations.
• Oversee the entire franchise sales process from lead generation through to onboarding.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups to guarantee successful launch of franchise partnerships.
• Meet set monthly goals for business development and franchise acquisitions.
• Document daily progress, client interactions, and maintain accurate CRM entries.
• Represent the company professionally during all client and business engagements.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in B2B sales, business or franchise development, preferably in education sales.
• Strong communication and presentation expertise.
• Skilled in negotiation and closing sales effectively.
• Able and willing to perform extensive travel and fieldwork.
• Self-driven with a clear focus on achieving targets.
• Background in education or EdTech sectors is advantageous.

Compensation

Monthly remuneration ranges from INR 25,000 to INR 45,000.
