About the Role

We are seeking a Founding Venue Partnerships Lead to spearhead the launch of Stoke in Miami. This unique opportunity involves relationship-building with key nightlife venues to establish Stoke as a trusted platform for discovering live energy hotspots across the city.

Key Responsibilities

Forge strong connections with top nightlife venues throughout Miami’s Wynwood, Brickell, Design District, South Beach, and Coconut Grove neighborhoods
Introduce Stoke personally to venue operators before competitors gain access
Gather valuable market feedback from venue operators to inform product development
Serve as Stoke's reliable representative within Miami’s hospitality community
Develop scalable partnership strategies to support future expansions into other cities

Who You Are

Well-acquainted with Miami’s leading venue operators
Possibly a former general manager, promoter, hospitality expert, or nightlife professional
A natural relationship builder who prefers in-person engagement over digital CRM systems
A connected individual known or sought after in the nightlife scene
Enthusiastic about being part of an innovative project at its inception

Significance of This Role

Your interactions will directly impact product direction, collaborating closely with the founding team rather than typical sales leadership. As an early team member, you will influence both growth tactics and product features.

Compensation & Terms

Initial engagement is part-time with equity during the pre-seed fundraising phase
After raising funds, the role converts to full-time with a base salary of $82,000
Additionally, there is unlimited commission potential which can significantly increase total earnings
Continued equity ownership is included

We recognize that equity-only arrangements are not ideal for everyone; therefore, we seek an individual truly passionate about building from the ground up rather than joining an established operation.
