Role Overview

As a Founders Associate Intern, you will integrate closely with a small, agile team to actively contribute to both product scaling and operational growth. This role demands high accountability and offers a unique chance to gain firsthand experience from seasoned founders and operators. You will be involved in various initiatives ranging from system management to market expansion and funding acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance internal platforms including the company website and operational tools.
• Lead recruitment efforts and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
• Assist in go-to-market strategies to promote Zauber's AI agents to clients.
• Research and secure grants and other forms of non-dilutive financing.
• Address diverse challenges that contribute to company progress.
