Job description
Job Overview
This role involves collecting and delivering customer orders such as groceries and daily essentials. The candidate will be responsible for picking up items from the warehouse or store and delivering them promptly to the customer's home, generally within 10 to 20 minutes. Maintaining polite communication with customers is essential while managing orders via the app, including accepting orders and updating delivery status.
Working Hours
Flexible shifts are offered, accommodating both part-time and full-time arrangements. Full-time candidates are expected to work 8 to 10 hours daily, with peak periods during the morning and evening.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges from ₹45,000 to ₹80,000 depending on the city and number of orders fulfilled. Earnings include per order payments, incentives, and tips, where increased deliveries lead to higher income.
