Role Overview

As a Food & Beverage Hostess, you will welcome guests warmly, manage seating and reservations efficiently, maintain professionalism, coordinate with the service and kitchen teams, address guest inquiries and requests, and ensure the reception and dining areas are orderly and clean. You may also assist with serving and clearing tables when needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and guide them to their seats.
• Effectively handle reservations and seating plans.
• Maintain courteous and professional behavior consistently.
• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to facilitate service flow.
• Provide information about menus, specials, and restaurant offerings.
• Promptly and professionally address guest complaints or requests.
• Keep reception and dining areas clean and organized.
• Assist in table service operations such as serving and clearing as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a hostess or in a customer-facing service role, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance with a positive, vibrant attitude.
• Able to multitask effectively in a high-paced environment.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer proficiency.
• Fluent in English; additional languages considered an advantage.
