Floor Quality Controller (FQC)

Role Overview

The Floor Quality Controller (FQC) is responsible for overseeing repair quality and guiding technicians to adhere strictly to standardized repair processes. This role involves monitoring and ensuring all quality parameters during different inspection checkpoints and confirming timely completion of repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct technicians to follow designated repair procedures accurately.
• Verify compliance with all quality guidelines during QG1 inspections, including LDPW, pre-road testing, and time estimations.
• Ensure thorough assessment at QG2 stage by confirming post-road test checks and 100% completion of assigned jobs.
• Monitor that technicians finish repairs within the First Run Time (FRT) target.

Accountabilities

• Confirm that technicians strictly comply with repair manuals and Bay Assist tools to guarantee first-time-right repairs.

Performance Metrics

• Track customer complaints per 1000 repairs and total breakdowns related to quality defects in repair and maintenance.
• Monitor customer complaints per 1000 repairs along with total time taken to complete each repair.
