About The Job

We are expanding our team and seek warm, reliable, and energetic caregivers to provide in-home childcare in family residences Monday through Friday on an as-needed basis. We support families with children of all age groups, including infants and school-aged kids, offering both full-time and part-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive and quality child care within the family's home environment
• Engage children with activities appropriate for their developmental stage
• Ensure the environment remains safe, positive, and well-structured
• Assist with daily routines such as meal times, naps, and play activities
• Maintain clear and effective communication with families and agency staff

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with children across diverse age groups
• Dependable, professional demeanor combined with a nurturing attitude
• Flexibility to accommodate varying, as-needed schedules
• Possession of or willingness to acquire CPR and First Aid certification
• Ability to pass a clean background check
