Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior leadership in achieving organizational objectives.
• Lead the preparation and oversight of financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
• Drive continuous enhancement of financial systems and operational processes.
• Manage monthly management accounts and ensure accurate month-end closing procedures.
• Supervise cash flow management and audit operations.
• Maintain regular communication with senior stakeholders as well as non-financial teams.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
• Support business expansion, new site development, and various strategic projects.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of professional accounting qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.
• Experience managing finance functions across multiple sites within consumer sectors like retail, hospitality, or leisure.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team and exhibit initiative independently.
