Financial Controller

Role overview

FNRCO is looking for a precise, analytical Financial Controller to strengthen its finance function in Riyadh. The role calls for solid experience in financial controlling, strong analytical ability, and working knowledge of project accounting and SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Make sure internal controls, accounting requirements, and company procedures are followed consistently.
• Keep financial records and reporting outputs accurate and reliable.
• Track budgets, financial results, and progress against business targets.
• Produce regular financial reports and turn the numbers into meaningful analysis.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance review activities.
• Oversee project accounting tasks and ensure costs are recorded correctly.
• Work with teams across the business to improve finance processes and reporting quality.
• Support management with accurate reporting and analysis for planning and decision-making.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Management Controlling, Financial Controlling, or another comparable finance position.
• Strong grasp of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal control practices.
• Prior experience in project accounting is mandatory.
• Practical experience using SAP is required.
• Good analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• French language ability will be considered an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Capability to work on your own and deliver within deadlines.
• Well-developed organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort using Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software.
