Field Service Technician

Role overview

Glantech staffing is hiring a Field Service Technician on behalf of its client in Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland. The position reports to the Leak Survey Supervisor and focuses on carrying out leak survey work safely, consistently, and efficiently.

Key duties

• Work with the Leak Survey Supervisor on a day-to-day basis.
• Handle both scheduled and unscheduled leak survey tasks in accordance with established procedures.
• Coordinate with administrative support staff as needed.
• Work alongside other Leak Surveyors when required.
• Keep clear, accurate records and documentation following the required process.
• Remain flexible to support different regions when operational demands change.
• Ensure equipment is properly calibrated and raise concerns or faults promptly.
• Assist with Incident Management and Leak Repair activities within Network Services when needed.
• Take part in all mandatory training sessions.
• Carry out any other related duties assigned from time to time.

Skills and experience

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively, build strong working relationships, and contribute toward shared goals. Confidence using handheld devices and maintaining accurate records is important, along with the ability to set high performance standards and consistently deliver strong results.
