ఉద్యోగ వివరణ
Overview
This position serves as a technical service and application engineer, responsible for providing on-site support to clients and collaborating with sales teams to offer solution-focused water treatment services specifically in downstream petrochemical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with District Sales Representatives to introduce and support new chemical treatment solutions.
- Carry out routine and advanced technical service activities including system audits, sample testing, data recording, report generation, and management of inventory.
- Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical feed and monitoring equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose operational difficulties, suggest corrective measures, and escalate more complex issues when necessary.
- Develop and maintain strong cooperation with client personnel, facilitating best practice adoption.
- Prepare service documentation, assist with chemical procurement, and contribute to technical proposal development.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Have 1 to 3 years of professional experience in the water treatment field.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
- Understand chemical feed systems, monitoring devices, and fundamental process instrumentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
