Job Role
We are urgently seeking a Field Sales Executive (ECA - Easy Colour Contractor Associate) skilled in both B2B and B2C sales. The role demands excellent communication abilities and strong product sales competencies.
Responsibilities
- Engage and meet with dealers, distributors, builders, and architects to promote and sell products.
- Effectively close sales leads and ensure steady business development.
Requirements
- Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Maximum age limit of 33 years.
- Prior experience with good communication and product sales skills is essential.
- Possession of a motorbike and a valid driving license is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary package: Non-metro locations — 21,000 INR in-hand and 25,000 INR CTC.
- Additional perks include petrol allowance and medical insurance coverage.
