Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

As a Field Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to identify and onboard new merchants to promote and sell Paytm's QR code and sound box products. You will be actively involved in field operations, visiting multiple merchants each day to boost sales and increase product penetration in a designated area.

Key Responsibilities

• Scout and register new merchants for Paytm's QR code and sound box offerings.
• Make consistent daily visits to the market, targeting around 10 to 15 merchants to increase sales opportunities.
• Expand distribution channels and enhance market presence for Paytm's payment solutions within your assigned territory.
• Meet and surpass specific sales targets set on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Manage and nurture ongoing relationships with merchants to ensure effective usage of products and satisfaction.
• Gather and relay valuable market feedback and business intelligence to the management team.
• Adhere to a structured beat plan, maintain detailed records of daily tasks, and ensure regular attendance.
