Field Marketing Executive

Job Overview

Diamond Beverages Pvt Ltd is urgently seeking a Field Marketing Executive (Market Growth Representative) based in South Kolkata and South 24 Parganas. This opportunity is ideal for physically fit male candidates aged 20 to 35 with a minimum qualification of high school pass and relevant experience in field sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct merchandising activities across assigned territories.
• Visit approximately 30 stores daily and map new store locations.
• Take new orders and ensure the availability of brands and pack variants.
• Maintain visicoolers in compliance with company standards.
• Introduce new brands and packs as required by the company.
• Keep visicoolers and activation elements clean and presentable.
• Suggest and maintain activation elements both inside and outside shops.
• Participate in opening new retail outlets.
• Complete and submit daily reporting formats to supervisors.
• Demonstrate strong numerical and analytical skills.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be physically capable of spending over 10 hours daily in variable weather conditions including sun, rain, heat, and moisture.
• Presentable and smart with familiarity in smartphone and application usage.
• Experience in any field sales function is desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

Monthly salary ranges from INR 12,000 to INR 24,000, with additional benefits including ESIC, PF, incentives, and retention bonus. Candidates with experience can expect earnings up to INR 18,000 per month.
