Field Collection Executive

Job Overview

This role is within the Field Collections department of a financial services and banking company, focusing on loan repayments. The position is full-time and based in key locations such as Kadapa, Tirupati, and Visakhapatnam within Andhra Pradesh.

Primary Duties

• Conduct in-person visits to customers at their residential or business addresses to collect loan repayments.
• Consistently follow up with clients who have overdue EMIs and pending payments.
• Collect payments adhering strictly to company guidelines and policies.
• Maintain courteous and professional communication with borrowers during all interactions.
• Clarify outstanding amounts, available payment options, and repayment plans to customers.
• Record daily collection activities and details of customer visits accurately.
• Keep detailed logs of customer engagement and the payments received.
• Work closely with team leaders and back-office staff to manage difficult or long-overdue accounts effectively.
• Meet or exceed assigned collection targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Compensation

The salary offered ranges from 16,000 to 21,000 INR per month.
