Field Awareness Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Field Awareness Executive based in Hubli, Karnataka, to engage with various community camps and villages. This position involves raising awareness about our programs and initiatives through direct interaction and presentations. It is ideal for a dynamic individual who enjoys active community engagement and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly visit community camps, villages, and local hubs within a 40 km radius of Hubli.
• Inform and educate residents about our social initiatives, programs, and services to raise public awareness.
• Lead small group discussions and interactive presentations to effectively communicate information.
• Keep detailed daily records of visited locations and kilometers traveled.
• Travel extensively on a two-wheeler within the designated area to ensure coverage of target audiences.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess any educational qualification—from 12th pass and diploma holders to graduates.
• Must own a two-wheeler vehicle along with a valid driving license.
• Fluency in Kannada is essential; proficiency in local dialects is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrate high motivation, energy, and effective communication skills for public interaction.
• Comfortable with daily travel requirements up to 40 kilometers via motorcycle.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary of ₹25,000 CTC.
• Daily food allowance of ₹300.
• Travel reimbursement at ₹3.5 per kilometer for petrol expenses.
