Role Summary

As a Waiter/Waitress, you serve as a Hospitality Ambassador representing the hotel, engaging with guests directly to provide prompt, courteous service. Your key role is to enhance guest satisfaction by delivering excellent service and ensuring comfort in our food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with various departments to maintain smooth and efficient food and beverage outlet operations.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menus, beverages, services, and facilities offered by the hotel.
• Continuously develop professional skills to elevate guest satisfaction.
• Ensure the work environment is safe and hygienic at all times.
• Respect and protect guests' privacy rights.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations is required.
• A strong passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent teamwork abilities.
• Strong communication skills.
