Experiential Marketing Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an Experiential Marketing Manager for a contract role based onsite in Singapore. This position entails comprehensive responsibilities involving maintenance documentation compliance, administration of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and coordination among site teams and external vendors within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing technical support for maintenance documentation compliant with GMP regulations.
• Overseeing CMMS tasks such as reviewing maintenance work orders, creating service requests, and managing job plans, assets, and inventory information.
• Collaborating with stakeholders like Quality and Manufacturing to ensure documentation accuracy.
• Conducting site inspections to collect maintenance data and coordinating with vendors for technical documents.
• Utilizing tools including Microsoft Office, SAP, and IBM Maximo to facilitate maintenance operations.
• Supporting maintenance engineers and managers with project assignments and general operational activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of two years of relevant experience; alternatively, a Diploma holder with at least four years' experience.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Oil & Gas sectors is advantageous.
• Familiarity with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage assigned tasks and projects effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities with a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Technical Competencies

• Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (such as IBM Maximo).
• Experience working with SAP platforms.
• Skill in GMP-related documentation and maintenance planning.
• Data analysis and reporting aptitude to support decision making.
• Asset lifecycle management and vendor coordination expertise.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
