About the Role
Elite Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and strategic Executive Assistant to support the Director from our Bengaluru office. This role transcends traditional personal assistant duties, requiring a business-minded professional who collaborates closely with leadership to advance company priorities, assist with organizational performance tracking, and facilitate key decision processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director to handle strategic priorities, oversee business reviews, and manage executive communications.
- Create business presentations, management information system dashboards, reports, and analytical insights to aid decision-making.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of critical business initiatives and follow-up action plans.
- Monitor organizational key performance indicators, project milestones, and coordinate with business leaders for progress and accountability.
- Arrange leadership meetings, document detailed Minutes of Meeting, and ensure prompt completion of all assigned tasks.
- Perform market research, business analyses, and competitive benchmarking to support strategic projects.
- Handle sensitive business information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Commerce, or related field; MBA is preferred.
- Between 5 to 10 years of experience in Executive Office roles, CEO/Director’s Office, PMO, Strategic Planning, Business Excellence, or Corporate Planning.
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer goods sectors is advantageous.
Key Skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
- Project coordination and execution expertise.
- Professionalism with strong ownership and confidentiality ethics.
