Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will serve as a critical extension of the Co-founder, managing their calendar, inbox, and essential logistics to ensure strategic priorities receive undivided attention. Key Responsibilities
- Control complex calendar and inbox management by prioritizing activities and minimizing administrative distractions.

- Support personal logistics and daily wellness schedules, safeguarding the founder’s time to maintain optimal productivity.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of four years’ experience as a top-tier Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting founders or senior leaders in high-growth startups.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure, prepared for demanding workweeks exceeding 60 hours with full onsite presence.
- Strong proactive communication, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information discretely as a trusted partner.
