Overview
We are looking for a refined and dependable Executive Assistant in Pune to provide remote support to a CEO based in Dubai. This role centers on managing the executive’s schedule, handling communications, and coordinating travel while operating across different time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the CEO’s calendar and keep meetings, priorities, and commitments organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication with discretion and professionalism.
- Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and related bookings across time zones.
- Support day-to-day executive coordination with a strong focus on confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate in any discipline.
- Strong command of English is needed; Hindi is also relevant for this role.
- Should be comfortable managing appointments, scheduling, and travel coordination.
- High level of discretion and the ability to maintain complete confidentiality is essential.
- This position is based in Pune and supports a Dubai-based CEO remotely.
Compensation
The offered salary range is INR 2,40,000 to INR 4,80,000 per year.
