About the Role
Daley And Associates, LLC is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership at a top private equity firm based in Boston, MA. This contract-to-hire opportunity lasts for at least six months and offers compensation ranging from $25 to $30 per hour for a standard 40-hour workweek. The position follows a hybrid working model, requiring presence in the office four days per week and remote work one day weekly.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage complex calendars and schedule meetings while balancing competing priorities.
- Arrange and oversee both domestic and international travel plans, including crafting detailed itineraries and handling travel logistics.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings involving diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Produce high-quality, detailed materials such as client reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and briefing documents.
- Handle expense report processing, manage correspondences, maintain filing systems, and provide routine administrative support.
- Support special projects, coordinate company events, and manage visitor logistics.
- Establish and nurture strong collaborative relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
- Carry out additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Between zero and two years of administrative experience within a professional services setting.
- Experience in investment management or financial services industries is advantageous.
- Exposure to global business environments, through professional or personal experiences, is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and a demonstrated aptitude for quickly adopting new technologies and enhancing processes.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a strong dedication to accuracy and quality.
- Outstanding organizational skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing competing demands effectively.
- Self-starter with proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and reliability in handling confidential information.
