Role Overview
As an Executive Assistant, you will be the essential support anchor for the CEO and CTO, gaining a deep understanding of their priorities, working styles, and success metrics. Your role encompasses managing their calendars strategically, engineering effective organizational workflows, facilitating communications, and ensuring seamless operations behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of complex, high-volume scheduling for both executives, prioritizing their time to maximize effectiveness.
- Monitor open tasks and commitments, identify obstacles, and prepare the executives proactively for upcoming engagements.
- Create and maintain systems to manage communications, workflows, and team alignment efficiently.
- Handle communications by drafting, organizing, and coordinating messages, translating incoming information into actionable plans.
- Organize detailed logistics for travel, meetings, team gatherings, and offsite events to ensure smooth execution and positive experiences.
- Serve as a reliable and calm point of contact among internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Five to eight years of executive support experience preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth business setting.
- Strong skills in upward management, anticipating executive needs, maintaining organization, and enhancing leader effectiveness.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to authentically adopt leadership voice in correspondence.
- An aptitude for designing systems and processes to streamline operations and increase leverage.
- Exceptional prioritization capabilities to manage competing demands and ensure attention on what matters most.
