The Executive Account Manager is entrusted with overseeing and expanding the NetWitness business throughout Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. Main Duties

  • Oversee the entire sales process, including lead generation, qualification, solution positioning, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with channel allies such as distributors, system integrators, and managed security service providers (MSSPs) to enhance market reach and accelerate sales.
  • Coordinate with internal teams—pre-sales, professional services, customer success, renewals, legal, finance, and leadership—to facilitate seamless deal closure and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales forecasting, pipeline monitoring, and CRM documentation.
  • Analyze customer security needs and strategically promote NetWitness solutions covering threat detection, incident response, SIEM, NDR, endpoint protection, and security operations centers.
  • Drive customer retention strategies involving renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, partner gatherings, industry conferences, workshops, and executive briefings across the assigned regions.

Requirements

  • At least 5 to 8 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, ideally within cybersecurity, software, SaaS, or technology sectors.
  • Proven experience selling in GCC markets, especially within Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
  • A documented history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Experience handling large government and enterprise accounts.
  • Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity products, including SOC operations, SIEM, NDR, endpoint security, incident response, and managed security solutions.
