Role Overview
The Event Manager will oversee the complete lifecycle of various events including trade shows, conferences, and executive roundtables, ensuring they align seamlessly with marketing and sales strategies. This position requires collaboration with multiple teams, management of vendors, and the integration of events into multi-channel campaigns to maximize engagement and lead nurturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of diverse events from inception to completion.
- Work closely with corporate marketing, partner marketing, demand generation, and sales teams to align events with go-to-market initiatives.
- Embed events within broader marketing campaigns to boost attendee interaction and follow-up engagement.
- Manage relationships and negotiations with external vendors such as event production, audiovisual teams, venues, and booths.
- Monitor event metrics, prepare comprehensive post-event analyses, and refine strategies based on insights.
- Maintain brand integrity, ensuring all events communicate Check Point's capabilities effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Between 5 to 7 years of experience managing B2B events, preferably within cybersecurity or SaaS sectors.
- Demonstrated history of achieving measurable results from event activities.
- Excellent project management skills, with strong attention to detail and capacity to juggle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools like Marketo and CRM platforms such as Salesforce is advantageous.
- Superior communication abilities, encompassing written, verbal, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Innovative and creative mindset focused on producing memorable and effective event experiences.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 20–30% of the time.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored visa support.
