Enterprise Account Executive - Dutch Speaking

Overview

As an Account Executive handling the Benelux region, you will be a strategic and motivated partner dedicated to maximizing the value of existing partnerships through deepened relationships with key decision-makers and crafting impactful growth plans. You will collaborate across all go-to-market teams to navigate and address technical, educational, and competitive challenges, fostering sustainable long-term growth and high customer satisfaction.

This position is based in our Dublin office with a hybrid work setup. Employees typically work onsite most days, with the option to work from home on Wednesdays, and Fridays depending on work type and team collaboration. Further details about office attendance will be provided during recruitment.

Key Achievements Expected

• Effectively manage complex client accounts and use data insights to enhance current solutions and identify new opportunities.
• Proactively foresee potential challenges and objections, designing mutually beneficial solutions that highlight the value of your proposals and Asana.
• Boost revenue streams and grow client businesses by applying your negotiation expertise and data-driven strategies to establish durable partnerships.
• Work closely with SDRs, Field Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and measurable business outcomes.
• Act as a trusted consultant, building strong relationships throughout the organization from executives to end-users.
• Expand the use of the comprehensive work graph, ensuring scalable and consistent delivery of exceptional value.

Candidate Profile

• Shows curiosity about AI technologies and emerging tools and demonstrates a readiness to learn and leverage these to improve productivity, collaboration, and decision-making.
• Native or professionally fluent in Dutch, with thorough knowledge of the Benelux business environment.
• Minimum of 4 years direct experience selling to Enterprise customers and 8 years total sales experience, with mastery of MEDDPICC sales methodology and Challenger Sales tactics.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas, especially within Enterprise SaaS markets.
• Skilled at building trust and long-standing client relationships with a proactive, action-oriented approach.
• Experienced in managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with strong internal coordination and strategic planning.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package is competitive and reflects the value you bring, relative to the market. For this role, the On-Target Earnings (OTE) are between 1,382,000 and 1,570,000 SEK annually. This includes a base salary ranging from 760,100 to 863,500 SEK plus performance incentives per the Sales Incentive Plan. Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, market factors, and the interview process.
