Role Overview

This Engineering Recruiter position is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow. The main responsibility is to handle the entire recruitment cycle for engineering and technical positions. This includes collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, developing job postings, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting initial candidate screenings, and organizing technical interviews.

The recruiter is tasked with maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, assessing both technical skills and cultural fit, and ensuring candidates have an excellent experience throughout the hiring process. Additional duties include supporting employer branding efforts, contributing to workforce planning, and maintaining accurate recruitment documentation and reporting in alignment with company HR policies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in recruiting for engineering and technical roles, capable of managing full-cycle hiring processes and candidate sourcing.
• Experienced in stakeholder management, working with hiring managers to clarify requirements and align recruitment with organizational workforce plans.
• Skilled in candidate assessment and interviewing, evaluating technical competencies and cultural compatibility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with candidates and internal teams.
• Knowledgeable in HR policies, compliance requirements, recruitment documentation, and reporting procedures.
• Preferred candidates hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Prior recruiting experience, especially in engineering or technical fields, is advantageous.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, online job portals, and professional networking platforms is beneficial.
• Ability to work onsite in Lucknow, managing multiple hiring requisitions simultaneously and meeting recruitment deadlines in a dynamic environment.
