Inspiration Marine Private Limited seeks skilled individuals to join our boat manufacturing facility as Engine Fitters. The role primarily involves installing and fitting marine and boat engines with precision and adherence to safety standards.

Key Duties

• Install and fit marine and boat engines accurately.
• Perform engine mounting ensuring precise alignment.
• Fit engine-related components including pipes, hoses, belts, and other mechanical parts.
• Carry out mechanical assembly and associated fitting tasks.
• Conduct basic inspections and testing post-installation to ensure performance standards.
• Utilize hand and fitting tools effectively and safely.
• Complete assigned tasks in line with production and technical team guidelines.
• Adhere strictly to factory safety protocols throughout all activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Prior experience in marine or boat engine fitting is preferred.
• Experience in diesel engines, automotive engines, or heavy machinery fitting is also valued.

Required Skills

• Proficient in engine fitting and mechanical assembly.
• Knowledgeable in diesel engine operations and maintenance.
• Competent in handling various mechanical tools and performing maintenance tasks.
