We are currently looking for a motivated and organised Employee Experience Coordinator to join us on a fixed-term basis until November. Based at Hamer Street in Auckland, you will play a vital role in enhancing employee experiences by supporting initiatives around engagement, wellbeing, learning and development, onboarding, and staff events.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and oversee activities and programs focused on employee engagement, wellbeing, staff events, and learning and development.
- Create and distribute internal communications such as employee updates.
- Prepare documents for meetings and produce reports as necessary.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and managing employee benefits.
- Maintain accurate employment records and review employment documentation.
- Support the execution of the annual Employee Engagement Survey along with other People & Culture projects.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organisational, administrative, and coordination skills.
- Experienced in taking meeting minutes and following up on action items.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset focused on solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills capable of fostering strong workplace relationships.
- Able to balance multiple tasks and perform well under pressure.
- Competent in using various systems and learning new technology swiftly.
- Detail-oriented with a dedication to high-quality work.
- Flexible to work from different locations when necessary.
