Electronic Service Engineer

About the Role

We seek a skilled Electronics Technician to join our team at a Retail Store location. This role involves repairing, installing, replacing, and servicing various systems and equipment including heavy machinery and household appliances such as televisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues in equipment and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Assemble required components accurately.
• Consult repair manuals and collaborate with fellow experts to resolve challenges.
• Maintain thorough documentation including reports and safety protocols.
• Develop preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal functioning.
• Source components by negotiating with suppliers and prepare cost estimates prior to commencement of jobs.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the electronics service industry and participate in relevant workshops.
• Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to guarantee high-quality outcomes.

Job Requirements

• Educational qualification of Diploma or ITI is required.
• Experience ranging from six months up to two years in a related field.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate technical problems understandably.
• Strict adherence to health and safety guidelines.
• Knowledge of MS Office is considered beneficial.

Compensation and Opportunities

The position offers a monthly in-hand salary between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000, along with potential for career advancement within the organization.
