Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols during the electrical installation, testing, and commissioning phases of solar projects.
• Supervise junior engineers and technicians to maintain quality standards and ensure projects meet scheduled deadlines.
• Perform routine site inspections to detect potential problems and initiate corrective measures promptly.
• Work closely with various teams to diagnose and solve technical issues effectively.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, electrical installation, solar energy, solar project management, troubleshooting, or maintenance.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems, especially within solar panel installations.
• Skilled in interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and circuit schematics correctly.
• Exhibit strong communication abilities for client relations and teamwork.
