Job Overview
The company invites electrical engineering fresh graduates who are Saudi nationals to build their career in BIM with opportunities for structured training in Riyadh or Jeddah. The role involves learning and working on electrical BIM modeling, digital construction, and multi-disciplinary coordination on international projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create accurate 3D BIM models for electrical systems and components.
- Support modeling of lighting, power distribution, cable trays, conduits, electrical panels, and related equipment.
- Assist in modeling fire alarm, emergency lighting, grounding, lightning protection, and low-voltage systems.
- Prepare electrical layouts, shop drawings, schematics, and detailed design documents.
- Engage in BIM coordination and clash-detection with architectural, structural, mechanical, and plumbing teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure electrical design requirements are properly incorporated into BIM models.
- Update BIM models and drawings according to revisions, technical inputs, and project needs.
- Help with quantity take-offs, model reviews, and preparation of project deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, BIM guidelines, and quality expectations.
- Support identification and resolution of electrical modeling and coordination issues.
- Maintain documentation and follow established BIM workflows, standards, and processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be a Saudi national.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Graduating in 2024 or 2025 is preferred.
- Fundamental knowledge of electrical engineering concepts, building electrical systems, and construction.
- Basic understanding of lighting, power distribution, cable routing, grounding, fire alarms, and low-voltage systems.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks or other BIM and electrical design software is advantageous.
- Enthusiastic about BIM, digital construction, and engineering technologies.
- Capability to interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, schematics, and technical documents.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork aptitude.
- Willingness to learn new BIM platforms, electrical standards, and project procedures.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
