About the Role

University College Dublin’s Professional Academy is on the lookout for a Sales Executive/Educational Consultant to join its expanding team. The Academy specializes in providing concise, career-oriented training programs through various Professional Diploma courses. Key Responsibilities

• Advise prospective students on optimal course selections tailored to their needs and successfully convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools effectively.
• Manage ongoing client relationships by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Handle all administrative duties associated with the sales process.
• Achieve and surpass sales goals and related activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in inside, consultative sales roles.
• Exceptional organizational skills and efficiency.
• Proven experience working within CRM-driven sales environments, familiarity with Hubspot is beneficial though not mandatory.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines reliably.
• Energetic problem-solver who excels under pressure in a sales context.
• Empathetic, trustworthy, and respectful in interaction with others.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in the education sector is advantageous, though candidates from other consultative sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
