Role Overview

We are seeking an Ecommerce Operations Specialist to enhance our Shopify platform performance, drive operational efficiencies, and elevate the online shopping experience across our Australian, US, and UK storefronts. This role involves cross-department collaboration with teams such as Ecommerce, Development, Marketing, SEO, CRM, Customer Experience, and Merchandising to ensure smooth operations while implementing automation and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize the Shopify platform spanning multiple geographies.
• Oversee product information, merchandising rules, and site content updates.
• Coordinate technology development projects from initial briefs through quality assurance and deployment phases.
• Monitor platform integrations, resolve technical issues reported by customers and internal teams, and support continuous improvements.
• Design and implement reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights into ecommerce performance.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using Shopify Flow and AI tools such as Claude.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to back ecommerce initiatives and ensure a flawless customer journey.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in ecommerce operations or a related specialist role.
• Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience managing Shopify platforms.
• Familiarity with Shopify Flow or equivalent automation solutions.
• Experience managing development projects and collaborating with technical teams.
• Understanding of GA4 analytics and ecommerce reporting frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving and organization.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools such as Claude to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working across multiple teams.
