Operating three distinct school brands throughout New England—Heartworks, Building Blocks, and Little Sprouts—Babilou Family US is a mission-driven organization committed to nurturing children's emotional and cognitive development from their earliest years. This flagship school located on the Harvard campus will further extend our network of quality early education centers.

Role Description

We are inviting passionate Early Educators to join this new flagship school based in Boston's ERC starting Fall 2026. This role offers a unique chance to co-create an innovative early learning program emphasizing curiosity, lifelong learning, and community service for children and families within the ERC environment. Responsibilities include fostering a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere, planning and executing meaningful learning activities, sustaining an organized and eco-conscious space, and building respectful partnerships with children, families, and colleagues. Ideal candidates will embrace teamwork and integrate sustainability principles into daily teaching practices.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive hourly wages dependent on position, credentials, and experience:
  • Assistant Educators: $17.00 to $24.40 per hour
  • Teachers: $18.54 to $26.86 per hour
  • Lead Teachers: $19.33 to $28.00+ per hour

Additional Details

The school will operate year-round, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
