ఉద్యోగ వివరణ
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager to oversee retail store operations at our locations in Siraguppa and Indi. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years' experience in the retail industry, preferably with exposure to Food and FMCG sectors, ensuring smooth store functioning and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage timely opening of the store while ensuring strict adherence to all operational processes.
- Prevent stock shortages and minimize losses through diligent oversight.
- Ensure seamless execution of daily store operations and proper asset maintenance.
- Engage regularly with customers both formally and informally to gather insights and communicate merchant feedback regarding product assortment, availability, and pricing.
- Efficiently manage store space and optimize manpower productivity by maintaining adequate staffing to meet operational goals.
- Continuously analyze and improve critical store processes to control inventory dump, product expiry, and shrinkage effectively.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in retail, with preference given to candidates familiar with Food & FMCG segments.
