Domestic Services Worker

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Domestic Services team at Derbyshire County Council. Responsibilities

You will be expected to effectively manage cleaning duties to ensure high standards of hygiene and appearance are consistently met.

Skills and Experience

No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided to ensure you are confident in your duties. However, the following attributes and skills would be advantageous:

• Experience in a fast-paced cleaning environment
• Knowledge of cleaning products and safe handling, including Infection Control and COSHH regulations
• Familiarity with various cleaning equipment
• Reliability and ability to work well within a team
• Friendly, respectful, and approachable attitude when engaging with service users
